More info on GABA tea
Posted by BEV A
If you are curious about the many health benefits of GABA, we have collected info from various sources discussing what is GABA tea, health benefits etc.
Q: Is it ok to drink it with milk or honey etc? Like with black tea?
A: Yes, it’s OK, although most users of GABA tends prefers to enjoy the true taste of the tea without anything added.
Q: I have found on another site that says you can brew the tea with cold water. Do you recommend it?
A: Some brew GABA tea with cold water because they were told this way it would prevent the tea from getting bitter. We don’t recommend this brewing method as hot water is important to draw the taste out of the tea leaves and this tea doesn’t get bitter as long as it is not brewed for an excessive period of time.
