If you like Prince of Wales black tea this tea is for you (Prince of Wales is primarily Keemun tea mixed with Ceylon tea). Do you want to try a different black tea, but want it to be "safe"? It is a wonderful variation from usual English Breakfast.
Comparing to its Indian or Ceylon black tea counterparts Chinese black tea typically has smaller leaves.
Chinese black tea generally has less tannin than Indian and Ceylon black tea.

Perfect tea
Keemun Black is the perfect tea. It's the perfect replacement for Prince of Wales tea, which is hard to find, and it is low in tannin so I don't get headaches from drinking the tea.
Similar to Highfield Red
For those that might remember, this tea is very similar to Highfield Red which seemed to disappear from the supermarket shelves 20 odd years ago. This is a very refreshing tea, and it certainly brings back some memories for me.
A perfect treat for a quiet afternoon.
Melissa from QLD said, "A moderately sweet tea, with a floral scent, and a beautiful copper colour. Doesn't lose its sweetness, even when brewed for longer than the recommended time. A perfect treat for a quiet afternoon."
